In the autumn of 2007 FLOWIN AB and PGA of Sweden initiated a far-reaching partnership. Developed by Swedish former top athletes, FLOWIN® is a new, Swedish workout concept with the sole purpose of improving muscular strength.

Seen from a golf-physiological perspective, the FLOWIN® plate is a remarkable training equipment, which the PGA recommend to all members and other golfers alike.
